Questions before you start

What counts as a request?: One MCP call through an endpoint: search, describe or invoke. A run that is denied by a policy still counts because the gateway did the work of deciding it.
What happens when included usage ends?: Requests continue at $0.30 per 1,000 beyond the included amount and are billed with your subscription. Sandbox minutes stop at the included amount. The free plan has no overage and stops at its limit.
What support is included?: The free plan is self-serve: documentation and the console. Personal and Team include email support, and Team gets priority. Security, legal and billing messages reach a person on every plan.
Who handles payment and tax?: Creem acts as merchant of record. Creem calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues the invoice, and handles refunds under its buyer terms. Card details never reach Laminaro.
How does Team pricing work?: Team starts at three seats. Each seat includes the same 50,000 requests and 300 sandbox minutes as Personal, pooled across the team. Seats are $25 each, $22 at 11 seats, and $19 at 26 seats, so the per-seat price falls as the team grows.
Can I cancel?: Yes. Cancel before the next renewal by emailing support. Access continues to the end of the paid period; request overage already used stays payable.
Do you offer a trial on paid plans?: Every paid plan starts from the free plan, so you can run the real onboarding call before paying. If you need a longer evaluation for a team, email support.
